What is the ball park square footage price to finish with framing a bedroom, installing a bath and the rest as media room with bar? I realize this is general, but I want a general idea of costs. 12x16 closet addition and remodel existing closet/bathroom combo into master bath. tile shower and bathroom floor. hardwood floors in the closet and some cutom built-ins. no elfa or elfa like fixtures in the closet. The house is pier and beam if this makes a difference.
